Below is the attendance and tardy policy for 2022-23:
Any student with 3 or more absences/tardies in one week will receive detention that Friday (3 can be any combination of absences or tardies)
Communication to families confirming Friday detention will come from either SEL teacher or from DMLK’s automated system.
If a student has continual behavior/attendance issues, we will connect with the parent/guardian to confirm next steps
Friday detentions are held 2:50-3:30 on Fridays
